A leading luxury travel company is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate and define the next chapter of its visual identity. The position requires someone who can translate brand ambition into refined, modern, and highly considered creative across all touch points—while working independently and holding an uncompromising standard of quality. You will partner closely with senior leadership, bringing clarity to creative direction, elevating storytelling, and ensuring every output reflects a cohesive and sophisticated point of view. What You’ll Own Lead the creative development of campaigns, translating strategy into visually compelling, brand-aligned work Design and deliver high-quality assets across editorial, digital, social, paid media, presentations, and print Establish and uphold a consistent, elevated visual standard across all brand touchpoints Bring a strong point of view on luxury aesthetics, layout, typography, and visual storytelling Independently manage projects from concept through execution, with strong attention to timelines and detail Edit and produce short- and long-form video content, including motion, color, and sound refinement Ensure all creative is optimized for platform performance and user experience Brand & Creative Leadership Act as a steward of the brand, ensuring consistency while evolving the visual system where needed Maintain and refine brand guidelines, templates, and creative frameworks Organize and manage digital assets with a structured, scalable approach Bring forward ideas to improve creative output, efficiency, and overall brand expression What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in a design role within a brand, agency, or editorial environment, ideally within luxury or premium sectors A strong, polished portfolio demonstrating modern, design-forward work across print, digital, and video Operates with a strong sense of pace and urgency, delivering high-quality creative with speed while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Confident operating independently with a high level of creative judgment and attention to detail Ability to concept, execute, and refine work to a high standard with minimal direction Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools Clear understanding of how creative supports storytelling, brand positioning, and marketing performance Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders A point of view on luxury, culture, and design, with awareness of adjacent industries Why This Role This is an opportunity to help shape a brand in evolution—bringing a more modern, editorial, and design-led perspective to a well-established business.
