Work closely with the Creative Director on creating high quality, competitive packaging, for ecommerce and retail distribution.Assist in overseeing quality control of all packaging and print materials.Demonstrate strategic and conceptual thinking, a strong taste level, and experience in photo/art direction, typography, and graphic design. Have confidence in using design tools.Present visual concepts and ideas in an organized, compelling, effective manner.Ensure designs consistently align with the established brand guidelines. Talent to inspire team members to create amazing visuals.Skilled in working under pressure and delivering results within tight deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Fluent in all creative software (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud), prototyping tools, etc.
