Congo Brands is hiring: Creative Production Designer in Louisville

Overview: CONGO Brands is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Creative Production Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. This role is focused on executing high-detail, high-accuracy production files for CPG (consumable Packaging), retail packaging and POP/POS graphics. You will work closely with our diverse team of designers, production artists, and marketing teams to prepare flawless, high-impact artwork that meets both creative and technical expectations. Familiarity with Esko software is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Build and refine print-ready artwork for packaging and in-store displays Perform detailed photo retouching and color correction to meet brand standards Utilize Esko and Adobe software to manage die lines, templates, distortions, and compliance workflows Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across layered Illustrator files Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and regulatory teams Manage file output, QC checks, and production versions in a high-volume environment Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a graphics production, packaging design, or retail display role Proven experience in retouching, color correction, color separation, and file Proven experience in retouching, color correction, and file preparation Excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience with POP/POS design is highly preferred Extensive knowledge in prepress and printing process.
