Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGraphic/Visual Designer3+ months Max Pay Rate $27.00-30.93/hr W2Boston, MA (100% remote)Notes:All candidates MUST have an Online Portfolio Link at top of Resume for consideration.Role is Part Time, typically it will provide 20 - 30 hours of work per week, however there will be a few weeks during the assignment the client confirmed no work will be availableRole is Full-Remote, candidates can be considered in the Lower 48 States and must be able to work EST Hours.Work hours are flexible between 8am - 5pm M-F.Candidates must have 3-5+ years of professional work experience in Graphic Design.No specific Education Requirements but ideally candidates have HS Diploma / GED or Associates.What You Will DoAssist the internal design team with production tasks during high-volume periods, ensuring timely delivery of assets.Develop and edit HTML5-based digital assets (e.g., display ads, email templates, and interactive content) to meet campaign requirements.Create visually engaging campaign assets such as digital banners, email templates, and paid media creatives.Optimize graphics for various digital formats, ensuring consistency across platforms and devices.Apply design and marketing skills to support campaign strategy and content calendars.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Paid Media, Regions, Legal, Marketing, Commercial, CRM, PMO, and Retail.Create various assets for global usage (set up for localization or for certain countries).Ensure proper file naming, usage rights, and metadata completion of all uploaded assets.Work on entire projects from start to finish independently (brief, execution, internal review, stakeholder review, final asset delivery to DAM).Support other projects from the Global Brand and Marketing team (as needed), including creating or editing banner ads, emails, paid media, homepage banners, gifs, imagery, toolkits, and webpages for campaign promotions based on creative briefs from stakeholders.Skills: To Be Successful You Will HaveStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office suite, file formats (PSD, INDD, Illustrator, MP4) and high-resolution versus low-resolution assets.Proficiency in HTML5 and basic CSS for creating and modifying responsive digital assets.Strong visual aesthetic: A keen eye for color, typography, composition, and layout.Understanding of digital campaign platforms and formats.Marketing acumen: Ability to design graphics that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives.Creative thinking: Generating innovative visual concepts to capture audience attention.Highly organized with superior verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and time management.Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively to others (verbally and written).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple stakeholders.Ability to accept and implement feedback from stakeholders.Demonstrated interest in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Strategy, Project Management, and consumer products.
