How We Work Responsibilities • Operating camera equipment of various types, from cinema to consumer-grade (DP/Cam Op) • Directing, editing, and color grading all types of content • Involvement in all aspects of content production from creative conceptualization and development through post-production for projects of various sizes; develop treatments and shot lists • Ability to lead sets and communicate with crew (Director, DP, AC, Gaffer, Sound Mixer, PA, DIT) • Contribute to and take ownership of post-production jobs, collaborating with the creative and content teams across editing, coloring, and delivering assets • Provide thoughtful insight and feedback that pushes the creative • Photography and photo editing/treatment • Dutifully contribute to maintaining file organization, archival standards, and content management • Ability to work in studio, on location, and travel on assignments • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, help haul gear, etc The Content Creative role reports directly to a Senior Art Director.
