Graphic Designer / Creative Content Specialist

Location: Austin, TX | Hybrid

Soni is partnered with a client seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support a variety of digital, print, and social media marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, experience creating content across multiple platforms, and the ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities:

Create graphics and marketing materials for digital and print channels, including social media, email, web, advertisements, signage, and promotional campaigns.


Develop engaging, on-brand social media content and creative assets.


Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.


Edit, retouch, and optimize imagery for digital and print applications.


Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts, campaigns, and content production.


Manage multiple projects and quick-turn requests while meeting deadlines.


Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently.


Support photography, video, and other creative content needs as needed.

Qualifications:

Professional graphic design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.


Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, and Canva.


Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.


Experience designing social media content and marketing materials.


Ability to work quickly, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.


Collaborative, adaptable, and receptive to creative feedback.


Must be located in the Austin area and comfortable working onsite approximately 4 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, consumer brands, or similar industries.


Photography, video production, or basic video editing skills.


Familiarity with social media management tools.


Experience using AI tools to support creative workflows.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
