Content Creator/Graphic Designer

TransTech Group is seeking a talented Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join a dynamic, high-output marketing team supporting a multi-brand industrial organization. Working under the direction of marketing leadership, the successful candidate will produce a steady volume of design and content work across multiple brands and formats — including sales presentations, marketing collateral, digital campaign assets, and trade show materials — often within compressed timelines. A professional portfolio of work. A portfolio demonstrating design and content creation work — such as presentations, print collateral, digital assets, or campaign materials — is required for consideration.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopWorking knowledge of HubSpot, or demonstrated ability to learn marketing automation platforms quickly; hands-on HubSpot experience is strongly preferredProficiency in Canva, including working within established brand kits and templatesStrong presentation design skills in PowerPoint and CanvaTwo or more years of content creation and graphic design experience; B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical services experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently, producing quality work under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or brand standardsSolid writing and editing fundamentals, with attention to detail in proofing copy as well as design In your application, we invite you to describe a fast-turnaround project you are proud of and the results it achieved.
