They will work closely with all positions in Marketing to develop highly engaging creative content that builds consumer awareness, entices purchase, and promotes consumer loyalty to our brands.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesIncludes the following. Content Manager, Content Marketing Director, Marketing Director, and CMO.Assist in the production of a variety of assets including but not limited to print and digital media, sell sheets, posters, vehicle wraps, sponsorships and event support, point of sale and promotional items, merchandise, photography, and other forms of visual communication.Understand file preparation/finalizing artwork for print and digital applications.Understand die lines/print layouts and printing processes.Have an excellent grasp of current design trends and animation principles.Work with Sr. Ensure design work is applicable in digital and print mediums.Assist with the conceptual thinking, development, and execution of creative campaigns across all marketing mediums; has potential to lead or perform this function independently as needed.Work with both text and images. Image manipulation, photo re-touching, 3D renderings/animation.Assist in developing collateral to educate the sales team on brand standards and beer release specifications.Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Responsible for special projects as assigned by Sr. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:Bachelor's degree in Art and Design with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or a related area.2+ years of experience with GRAPHICS, Adobe CC Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects; Blender is a plus.Traditional or digital painting, illustration is a plus.1-3 years of related marketing experience preferred; alcohol/beverage industry experience is a plus.Ability to translate business strategy and objectives into design concepts.Thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.Take initiative to seek out opportunities and solve problems.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.Positive attitude and infectious personal drive that energizes others.Be a valued team player and a role model for collaboration.Conduct oneself professionally; approach others tactfully; react well under pressure; treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; accept responsibility for own actions; follow through on commitments; able to discuss creative feedback professionally.Balance multiple activities at once while making appropriate progress against them all.Communicate clearly and succinctly; make complex issues easy to understand.Consistently achieve desired outcomes on time and with a minimum of avoidable errors.Strong verbal and written communication skills; effectively communicate with Marketing, cross-departmentally and externally.Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.Experience in Microsoft Office suite.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
