If you like measurable results, organized workflows, and taking ownership of performance — keep reading. 🎯 What We’re Looking For • Strong experience using Meta Business Suite for scheduling and ad management • Proven ability to create and optimize paid social campaigns • Skilled in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) • Highly organized and process-driven • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously • Analytical mindset — you understand performance metrics • Bonus: Familiarity with Jiu Jitsu or competitive sports culture
