We are looking for a talented, reliable Contract Graphic Designer to support the creative needs of three lifestyle brands: Cariloha, Del Sol, and Island Cruz.

This role will focus primarily on designing email and integrated marketing campaigns, with opportunities to contribute across a wide variety of digital and brand projects. The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker who can work efficiently, communicate clearly, and produce polished creative that feels consistent, engaging, and on-brand.

Responsibilities

Design compelling email campaigns and supporting marketing assetsDevelop creative for seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand initiativesEdit and retouch product, lifestyle, and campaign photographyCreate or edit short-form video and motion-based content as neededUse AI image-generation tools thoughtfully to support creative productionMaintain strong visual consistency across three distinct brandsCollaborate with creative and marketing partners, respond well to feedback, and meet deadlinesBalance multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail

Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchyProfessional experience designing email and digital marketing campaignsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Figma a plus)Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platformsFamiliarity with AI image-generation and image-editing toolsStrong photo-editing, compositing, and retouching skillsExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently, take direction, and deliver quality work efficientlyA strong overall eye for brand, composition, and visual storytelling

Bonus Qualifications

Experience assisting with photo shootsExperience creating social media content and paid social assetsSet styling, prop styling, or product-styling experienceExperience working with lifestyle, apparel, travel, hospitality, or consumer-product brandsBasic animation or motion-design skills

Schedule and Opportunity

This contract position is available to start immediately. Hours will vary based on project volume and business needs.
