Location and work style
Remote design role
Must be located in the Henderson, NV / Las Vegas, NV area

Some in-house training required at the beginning

What you will do
You will own projects from concept to final production, and you will be hands-on across a wide range of deliverables.

Responsibilities include
Design digital and print assets including flyers, ads, forms, presentations, posters, packaging, POS, social media graphics, and more

Manage design projects from concept through delivery, including revisions and final files

Build internal decks and client-facing presentations, including resizing ads to mechanical specs (print and digital)

Create proposal decks in coordination with the business development team

Support brand identity development for existing and potential clients

Proofread and quality-check work to ensure accuracy and consistency

Present ideas and concepts to account managers and internal stakeholders

Work across multiple formats and media, preparing layouts ready for print and production

Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices (and know when to break the rules)

Use Adobe Creative Suite daily, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Be willing to handle both design and production work (this role needs both)

Qualifications
6+ years of professional design experience

Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Strong typography and layout skills

Experience with print and web production

Portfolio demonstrating strong, real-world design work

Bonus: InDesign scripting experience
Bonus: Experience designing for health insurance or related industries
