Contract Graphic Designer (1099)

Our creative bench plays a critical role in how we visually connect with audiences and clients—and we’re looking to expand it. Agile Group is seeking a versatile and dependable Graphic Designer to support our internal and external communications as a 1099 contractor. Key Responsibilities: • Design digital and print collateral aligned with Agile’s branding and tone • Create graphics for social media, event materials, presentations, and newsletters • Translate rough concepts and briefs into clean, polished design assets • Provide layout and branding support for internal and external communications • Work independently with flexibility to handle multiple small-scale projects at once Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a freelance or in-house graphic designer • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional, polished, and versatile design work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Excellent eye for layout, typography, and cohesive visual systems • Responsive communication and ability to manage deadlines with minimal oversight • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving creative needs Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting government, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations • Prior work designing for events, internal culture campaigns, or social impact initiatives • Knowledge of PowerPoint design or light animation (GIFs or video clips) • Familiarity with Agile Group’s industry focus or visual identity
