Contractor - Graphic Designer

This is a contract role... To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience • Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and proactive • Able to work independently and on a team within a fast-paced environment • Experience working in a PC environment • Microsoft Office Suite experience (Advanced PowerPoint skills preferred) • Able to work effectively with internal and external customers • Able to understand business principles and apply them accordingly • Demonstrate good judgment prioritizing tasks and delivering according to schedules and deadlines • Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills • High level of flexibility • Open and willing to receive and give constructive feedback • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational training or business experience (Graphic Design preferred); • 3-5 years design experience; • Experience in employee benefits/HR communications preferred It is our belief that diversity drives innovation and that creating an environment where every employee feels included and empowered, helps us to deliver the best outcome to our clients.
