If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy blending creativity with strategy, and have a passion for visual storytelling, this role is for you.Responsibilities:Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging visuals, animations, and videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.Video Production & Editing: Capture and edit promotional videos, jobsite walkthroughs, and employee spotlights to elevate our brand presence.Motion Graphics: Design and animate compelling motion graphics and videos optimized for web, mobile, and social media.On-Site Content Creation: Travel to jobsites to capture real-time content for marketing and social media.UX/UI Design: Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for internal and external digital platforms.Graphic Design: Develop and design digital and printed materials, execute proposals, create branding assets, design presentations, and produce marketing collateral.Brand Innovation: Bring a fresh perspective to branding, storytelling, and audience engagement within the construction industry.Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visual content.Storytelling: Develop compelling storyboards and create narratives that resonate with our audience.Event Marketing: Assist in the planning, design, and execution of marketing materials for company events to enhance brand visibility.Additional Responsibilities: Manage merchandising inventory, place orders, and ensure promotional materials are up to date.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in a design-related role (internships count!
