Coordinator Media & Partner Solutions

This position is responsible for designing and delivering compelling high-quality presentations for TOUR Media Sales assets and supporting all revenue opportunities for PGA TOUR Media Sales. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a sales presentation showcasing all Media Sales priorities, available assets, audience overviews, and any relevant supplemental information, annually. Additionally, this position will create all recap and ad-hoc presentations in support of media sales. We’re looking for an individual who is excited to collaborate with a high output team and has a notable skill in translating assets deliverables into a visual story. This role may also include other sales support responsibilities as the media landscape and internal priorities evolve.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising/Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
* Up to 2 years of experience with presentation development and design following stated brand standards
* Excellent and demonstrated verbal, written, and presentation skills
* Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical, and communication/storytelling skills
* Organized, deadline driven, and a good feel for how people view and understand content.
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint required; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe Photoshop
* Proficiency in Keynote, Prezi, or Adobe Premier a plus
* Golf or sports knowledge/background a plus
* Experience utilizing AI with presentation design a plus

**RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES**

**Presentation Development**

* Create and maintain a holistic presentation reflecting the best collective story for the Media Sales organization for each sales cycle.
* Work with Media Sales and Revenue Operations to create all campaign recap materials to reflect performance and highlight success in activations within PGA Tour Media and our partners
* Design polished, high-impact PowerPoint presentations in collaboration with the Media & Partner Solutions, Media Salesa and content teams, maintaining a standard of quality that reflects the caliber of the organization
* Develop and uphold clean, brand-consistent slide layouts, templates, and formatting with an exacting eye for alignment, spacing, hierarchy, and visual coherence across every deck
* Translate relevant data, partnership details, content concepts, digital assets and strategic messaging into clear, compelling narratives
* Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality output on tight and sometimes shifting timelines
* Conduct rigorous quality reviews on all materials before delivery, being mindful of even the most subtle inconsistencies in formatting, language, or design

**Support on Deal & Sales Operations**

* Source and curate compelling, on-brand imagery for use across commercial proposals and presentation materials
* As needed, produce visual mockups independently, working directly in tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Integrate completed visual assets and mockups into presentation decks with precision and care for the overall design
* Build and maintain an organized library of approved imagery, mockups, and visual assets for the team’s ongoing use

**Internal Support**

* Provide additional operational support to the Media & Partner Solutions team as priorities evolve
* Stay informed on visual and presentation design trends to ensure team materials remain fresh, competitive, and visually compelling
