This role reports directly to the Manager of Creative Projects and works closely with departments across the organization to ensure timely and effective execution of creative deliverables that support all HSE brands. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Serve as the primary liaison between the Creative Team and internal departments requesting design, animation or photography support. • Schedule and support recurring team meetings and check-ins in collaboration with the Manager of Creative Projects. • Generate and share project status reports and workload insights using Adobe Workfront for department leaders and stakeholders. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
