There is logo/branding work needed, though much of the work is editing layouts and placing content. We frequently work with floor/site plans, maps and aerial photos.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement concepts, layouts and content for potential-client marketing proposals and property offering memorandums (booklets) related to broker commercial property business proposals and listings.Design and implement concepts, layouts and content for brochures, fliers, reports, postcards, emails, banners, ads, social media posts, newsletters, websites, etc. related to brokers’ property listings and other business needs.Make frequent updates to the materials mentioned above. This sometimes includes large tables of data/copy.
