As the spearhead for HPI’s brand and communications, the marketing team serves as a support engine—conceptualizing, creating, guiding and managing a wide variety of projects to support the company’s goals. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that support our brand strategy, engage our B2B audience, and communicate the value of our self-funded health solutions to employers, brokers, or partners. • Maintain company’s visual brand identity based on existing brand standards across all assets. • Understanding of print and production environments including experience working printers and other production vendors • Familiarity with the self-insured health insurance model including healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) in marketing materials or willingness to learn quickly.
