With tools and guidance to sharpen your skills, you can forge your own career path, love what you do, and let it show.Role OverviewAs a Graphic Designer/Desktop Publisher, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality digital assets and printed materials. You will work closely with our Investment Management and Communication teams to develop investor presentations, quarterly reports, newsletters, social media graphics, and other communication materials in alignment with Cortland’s brand guidelines.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent professional experience.3-5+ years of experience in desktop publishing, graphic design, or a related field.Experience with layout design and production for print and digital media.Experience in the real estate industry and/or with investor materials is a plus.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other software, including Microsoft PowerPoint.Keen understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and understand their vision and requirements.
