Key Responsibilities Develop original concepts and create high-quality, on-brand materials that support marketing strategies, audience needs, and business objectives.Collaborate and brainstorm with internal teams on creative projects.Own projects from concept through final delivery, proactively gathering needed information from stakeholders.Present design concepts and thoughtfully incorporate feedback.Review, proof, and prepare final assets for production and publication.Maintain accurate, organized creative assets within the company’s digital asset management system and other approved repositories.Prioritize and manage multiple projects, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and communicate potential obstacles early.Embrace new creative challenges and develop new capabilities as Polydeck’s needs, tools, and channels evolve.
