Creative ARtist/Set Builder/Design

Audio Visual Technician Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Must be on time 615-5pm 4 days per week • Must be able to handle all weather conditions (inside and outside) • Be able to climb ladder • Bee able to handle variety of tasks • Must have creative and imaginative ideas and be able to execute designs • Willing to be a team player - giving and taking directions • Knowledge of production processes, visual arts, and theories • Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor large projects • Ability to sketch ideas • Theatre and scenic design skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Going through scripts to identify a visual style that fits the production • Set up and operate sound equipment. • Monitor sound feeds to ensure quality. • Ensure equipment is installed according to the designated layout. • Report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor. • May also perform other minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
