Creative Assistant (Design & Marketing)

Alebrije Agency is a Chicago-based creative and marketing agency focused on hospitality, culture driven brands, and chef-led concepts. This role blends social media management, content distribution, and hands-on creative execution. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you must have deep skill in at least one of the following: • Graphic Design Key Responsibilities • Work closely with the Creative Director on daily creative tasks and content planning • Assist in capturing content (photo/video) for clients and internal projects • Design or edit content depending on your specialty • Schedule and distribute social media content across platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, and Graphics) • Ensure visual and brand consistency across all posts • Support campaign launches, events, and client activations • Stay current on social trends while respecting brand voice and quality Requirements • Based in Chicago, IL • College Degree or Graduating in 2026 • Available for a hybrid work setup • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats • Deep expertise in at least one creative discipline (design, UX/UI, video, or photography) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Strong attention to detail and visual taste • Ability to execute and take direction, while also contributing ideas
