Join our dynamic External Communications team as a Creative Brand Designer! We are looking for a passionate individual who can elevate our brand through stunning graphics and engaging digital content. In this role, you will:

Design & Branding: Craft eye-catching, brand-aligned graphics and visual assets for various digital platforms and social media using the Adobe Creative Suite.Content Coordination: Develop and manage an engaging social media content calendar while assisting in the distribution of our external digital communications.Web Maintenance: Regularly update our website and ensure accurate content entry via Drupal, making certain all digital assets meet accessibility and accuracy standards.Multimedia Production: Capture and produce on-site photography and videography for agency events, including basic editing and optimization for online use.Quality Control: Apply strong design principles (typography, layout, and color theory) to maintain a consistent, professional image across all agency communications.Required Skills:

Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.Technical Proficiency: Strong experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to produce high-quality design assets.Multimedia Production: Demonstrated ability in digital photography and videography, including both shooting and basic post-production editing skills.Web & Digital Support: Experience with Content Management Systems for website content updates and managing outbound digital communications.Content Planning: Proven ability to develop and maintain a professional content calendar for social media platforms.Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design, demonstrated in a professional portfolio or resume.About Us:
