The Creative Brand Specialist/Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all platforms. This role collaborates with marketing leadership to create visually compelling graphics, design marketing assets, and oversee branded merchandise. Essential Functions • Brand Management: 75% • Maintains and updates the brand guide to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation across all materials, platforms, and channels. • Branded Merchandise & Assets: 20% • Oversees the selection of, design, and procurement of branded promotional items for events and campaigns. • Collaborates with vendors to design and order branded apparel for employees and promotional use.
