The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that communicate their brand message effectively across various platforms. This role will involve collaborating with marketing teams to produce stunning graphics, illustrations, and digital assets that enhance brand presence.This is a full-time direct hire opportunity, limited onsite hybrid role in Austin, TX.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and design creative graphics for digital and print media including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.Create illustrations and infographics that effectively communicate complex ideas in a visually appealing manner.Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality design work.Utilize tools like Figma and Elementor for web design and UI/UX improvements.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality and efficiency.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in an agency setting.Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, illustration, and digital design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with Figma and Elementor for web design.Knowledge of Emailify or similar email design tools is a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
