The Creative Content Designer will interpret and adhere to new brand guidelines, advance our content design standards, and collaborate with marketing channel owners to influence content strategies. • Partner with marketing channel owners to consider holistic customer experience and accessibility needs as it pertains to content and the digital experience. MoPOP Community: • Support our internal culture which inspires and empowers our staff to live our mission to its highest standards. • Work to ensure customer service is ingrained at the core of the team and is reflected outward to our guests and other staff. • At least two (2) years of experience with multimedia content design • Experience complying with and contributing to brand voice and tone standards • Deep experience working collaboratively with other disciplines to build content • An understanding of how content design drives business growth • Samples of your work and process, from writing and designing to research and documentation • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of accessibility and inclusion in your content • Meticulous organization and time management skills • Strong interpersonal communication & negotiation skills • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex design problems with vision and ease.
