LA based commercial production company is seeking a Creative Coordinator/Vault Manager. This position offers an opportunity for someone with strong creative, technical, and communication skills, as well as experience with social media and data management, to work as part of a lean, highly skilled team. If you're passionate about all film mediums (including advertising), photography and graphic design, and willing to do whatever it takes to get an excellent job done ON TIME, this position has your name written all over it. This also includes filling out purchase orders, receiving freelance invoices, maintaining records, etc Oversight of the Archival Process: Coordinate with post–production producers to facilitate the transfer of final masters and other key information. This includes maintaining a digital archive of HD video files, as well as a physical archive of hard drives.
