· The Senior Designer is an integral team member who, in addition to their normal production activities, provides art direction, proof checks, outsourcing management, image manipulation, job bidding, and direct customer consultation. Required Skills & Experience: · Candidates must be flexible, resourceful, and possess strong project management and interpersonal skills while effectively meeting deadlines under pressure. · Partner with the Art Director to establish and uphold the visual direction across key event types. · Execute polished PowerPoint presentations and motion graphics for event programs and donor engagement.
