Creative Design Specialist

As a Creative Design Specialist, you will be responsible for producing design assets as part of larger, holistic projects that support the firm's business development and marketing efforts. May participate or present in meetings with technical staff with supervision from senior design or marketing staff. • Brand Compliance: Learn, use, and adhere to corporate brand standards, including VHB's marketing, communications, imagery, and deliverables templates and policies. Qualifications • 2-4 years of graphic design experience required, preferably in the AEC industry • BFA in Graphic Design or related discipline • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Expected knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint (VHB is on a PC platform) • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle simultaneous, varied assignments while providing consistent quality • This is a hybrid role with an expected minimum 3 days in-office time • The ability to travel to other offices, off-site meetings and events as required.
