Creative Design Specialist

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Design Specialist to support the execution of our marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.

This is a hands-on, design-focused role responsible for creating in-store signage and digital marketing assets that our customers see every day. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist and Marketing team to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.

This position is ideal for someone early in their design career who wants to build real-world experience, sharpen their skills, and grow into a more creative role over time.

Duties

Design in-store signage, point-of-sale materials, and promotional graphicsCreate digital assets for email, app, web, social media, and in-store screensTranslate creative direction into clean, effective designsPrepare final files for print and digital productionManage multiple projects and deadlinesEnsure all work aligns with brand standards and campaign goalsCollaborate with Marketing on campaign executionContribute ideas and continuously improve how we design and deliver workQualifications

0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internships and freelance work count)Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience)Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Solid understanding of layout, typography, and colorDetail-oriented and organizedAble to take direction and apply creative thinkingComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentInterest in retail or multi-channel marketingAwareness of local culture and trends in Hawai'iExperience with motion design or animation is a plusPortfolio Requirement (Required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
