Creative Design Specialist

Partner with Account Services, Sales, and Prepress to ensure design accuracy, smooth file handoff, and timely revisions.Collaborate with fellow designers to maintain consistency, efficiency, and production optimization.Participate in special projects and support international design needs as assigned.Quality Assurance Review designs to ensure all required content is present, accurate, and compliant with manufacturing guidelines.Edit and refine bitmap files for clarity, quality, and consistency.Verify that artwork meets technical requirements and is fully press‐ready.Technical Expertise 2–7 years of experience in graphic design, printing, prepress, or related fields (level‐dependent).Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Working knowledge of digital prepress, print layouts, and production workflows.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to follow structured processes.Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is requiredWhat Will Help You Stand Out At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location.
