Creative Designer

Soni is hiring for a Creative Designer to join the team at our client on a contract basis. This role focuses on packaging, branding, and in-store creative projects while ensuring alignment with brand standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with strong packaging experience, a beauty/retail background, and a polished portfolio showcasing logos, mockups, and illustrations. What You’ll Do • Design packaging, mockups, and logos that align with brand guidelines • Partner with the creative team to develop impactful in-store marketing materials and print designs • Present concepts and designs to leadership, incorporating feedback efficiently • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, copy, and design teams • Ensure final deliverables are production-ready and meet print/digital standards What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in design, with a focus on packaging and print (beauty/retail experience preferred) • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of CMYK/digital print processes required • Portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and illustrative work • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting creative ideas • BA in Graphic Design or related field
