Required experience level: Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience working within a nonprofit organization in a staff role. This role means working in collaboration across multiple teams and a successful candidate will demonstrate experience in and appreciation of a project management process to keep things moving and transparent, is enthusiastically open to giving and receiving feedback in the design process, and is proactive about searching out answers and problem solving. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
