What You’ll Do: • Design and produce high-quality creative assets for digital and physical platforms (social ads, email marketing, site signage, flyers, print ads, billboards, web, and partnership or pitch decks) • Adhere to established brand and seasonal style guides to ensure all creative aligns with current design standards and brand identity • Collaborate with marketing leadership to brainstorm and build fully integrated campaigns across multiple channels • Translate brand strategy into bold, effective visual ideas and storylines that connect with our community • Manage multiple design projects and timelines with the ability to pivot quickly and deliver under pressure • Incorporate feedback and execute revisions with a strong attention to detail, collaborating professionally with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Help evolve and maintain our visual identity, including bringing Bubba (our bubble mascot) to life in new and creative ways • Occasionally assist with brand-related logistical tasks (e.g., coordinating or picking up signage, vendor materials, or campaign assets) as needed to support marketing initiatives.
