About Smithey Ironware About the role We're looking for a Creative Designer to support our marketing team by bringing ideas to life across digital, print, and video. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to create high-quality, visually compelling assets aligned with our brand and business goals. Qualifications • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or a related role • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, and UX tools • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design • Some video editing experience is required • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and social media formats is a plus • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects • Passion for craftsmanship, storytelling, and the Smithey brand aesthetic
