Creative Designer

This position leads VIA’s design vision by acting as an in-house graphic designer and providing creative direction to external creative contractors to deliver innovative, accessible, and user-focused content. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field and at least five (5) years of progressive experience in multi-platform design, animation, production, and publishing, including a minimum of three (3) years supervising people and projects. Ability to work effectively independently, as well as in a team environment. • Demonstrate a professional commitment to assure compliance with all organizational policies, practices, and programs related to safety, health, and system security.
