Creative Designer

A company is looking for a Creative Designer to lead design efforts in creating engaging experiences and defining the brand. Key Responsibilities Craft and implement design solutions for web experiences, photography, email, and collateral Lead and mentor a team of designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams Drive the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand vision Required Qualifications 2-3 years of agency or in-house design experience in branding, marketing, or digital design Strong foundation in visual design with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful work Experience in contributing to creative projects from concept to execution Ability to generate multiple ideas and iterate based on feedback Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or content teams
