Creative Designer

We’re looking for a performance marketing-focused Creative Designer to join an ambitious, fast-moving growth agency with SoCal roots and a newly-established office in Austin, TX. As the right hand to our Creative Director, you’ll assist in both creative conception and execution across high-performing paid social. This is a hybrid role for someone who can crack the concept and build it - translating performance insights into high-converting ad creative (without hand-holding).
