Creative Designer

Working closely with the Head of Design, the Creative Designer translates strategy and creative direction into compelling, high-quality design across both digital and physical platforms. The Creative Designer is also responsible for clearly and confidently presenting creative ideas, concepts, and design rationale to Clients, incorporating feedback while protecting the integrity of the work. Reporting to the Head of Design, the Creative Designer collaborates directly with Clients, Production, and the broader design team to ensure creative integrity is preserved from initial concept through final delivery. This role is measured not by distance from execution, but by judgment, taste, and impact. APPLICATION DEADLINE: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis so early application is encouraged.
