Creative Designer

Type: 6-month contract (potential to extend/ convert to FTE)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $35-$43/hr

Summary: Our client, a global real estate investment bank is currently seeking a Creative Designer who reports to the Head of Creative. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced & vibrant environment while delivering polished, compelling materials. The candidate will have a deep, working knowledge of Microsoft Office & be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).

Essential FunctionsDesign and develop high-quality marketing, presentation, and communication materials.Partner with deal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to create visually compelling, brand-aligned deliverables.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Recommend and implement design improvements, templates, and best practices.Apply current design trends and creative solutions to enhance presentations and marketing materials.Build strong working relationships with teams across business lines and geographies.Requirements, Education and Qualifications:3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and conceptual design work.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.PowerPoint training experience is a plus.Ability to work extended hours as needed.
