Creative Designer

Heritage Tile seeks a Creative Designer to join our team in Verona, WI.

Heritage Tile is a company of dedicated professionals making a difference by creating beautiful spaces and restoring historical places all around the world. We are redefining how tile is designed, produced, promoted and distributed.

This role is responsible for a wide variety of design and content deliverables across digital and print media, from creative concept through production and distribution. The ideal candidate pairs strong design fundamentals with hands-on fluency in generative image tools, using them to enhance productivity while upholding craft and brand standards.

ROLE

Campaign creative: translate marketing objectives into concepts, proposals and finished campaign contentGenerative image production: integrate generative image tools into design, video and layout production to expand output and speedDigital and interactive media: design for web, social, email and other interactive channelsVideo and visualization: develop video and virtual-experience content, including webinars for our Education Program3D and product development: support 3D prototypes for production tooling and new productsSales tools and creative library: maintain collateral, style guides, templates and a library of creative assetsProject coordination: manage deliverables and timelines from brief to delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field, or equivalent professional experience2+ years of professional design experience across print and digital mediaA portfolio showing concept-to-production work, including examples made with generative image toolsExpert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficient in photo and video editingHands-on experience with generative image tools, and sound judgment on where they help and where they don'tOrganized and self-directed, able to manage multiple projects at oncePreferred3D modeling or rendering experienceMotion graphics and video production skillsExperience with web design tools and content management systemsInterest in architecture, interiors, historic preservation or handmade materials
