The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to collaborate and push the boundaries in creative thinking while also possessing the hands-on design skills to produce a wide range of content, from sales enablement materials for print and digital to event materials and video editing. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: • Translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives and assets for various touch points, including our marketing website, presentations, emails, and other marketing or brand collateral • Manage a wide range of projects, from simple design requests to complex marketing initiatives • Partner with external agencies and leadership to elevate our visual aesthetic • Stay ahead of emerging trends in design, technology, and communication, bringing innovative ideas to elevate our brand • Produce and own production-ready visual assets for multiple platforms • Own the creative process from design to execution for both internal and external-facing projects • Be the brand ambassador of the Flexential brand, developing brand standards and design evolutions that will help advance the company's market presence. • Expertise in various content creation mediums, with an eye on balancing production time with high-quality design output • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • The ability to work in design tools like Figma to collaborate with agencies on projects • Demonstrated ability to manage brand strategy and maintain high design standards. • Copy-fitting skills are a plus, with the ability to cut-down or expand copy to fit or enhance a design However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
