Execute product approvals for on-demand merchandise and print-on-demand items through online systems and collaborative meetings.Ensure high-quality standards in design execution, maintaining strong brand integrity, in-depth storytelling, and optimal use of color, material, form, and function.Assist in the onboarding process for new external partners.Collaborate closely with the design manager on product design and approval processes.Manage product submissions for creative reviews and approvals within an online system.Organize and maintain comprehensive product and market sample collections.Build and nurture relationships with external and internal partners, overseeing all creative aspects of product development.Effectively multi-task and prioritize multiple design projects to meet established deadlines.
