Our sister company, Four Wings Marketing, is looking for a multi-talented creative to join our growing team full-time. We’re a fast-moving B2C-focused marketing agency working across lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, events, wellness, and luxury brands - and we’re looking for someone who thrives in creative environments and loves bringing brands to life visually.
This role is ideal for someone who blends strong graphic design skills with photography and video capabilities, while also staying curious about emerging creative tools, AI, and modern content production.
You’ll work across agency client accounts, our design-forward event venue Guad Haus, and a variety of exciting startup and passion projects.
What You’ll DoDesign social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, digital ads, and branded assetsAssist in planning and creatively directing photo and video shootsCapture and edit photography and short-form video contentCreate content for social media, websites, email marketing, and campaignsSupport brand development and visual identity projectsCollaborate closely with leadership and clients on creative directionContribute ideas for campaigns, experiential activations, and content conceptsHelp maintain a consistent, elevated aesthetic across brands and projectsExplore and integrate AI-powered creative tools into workflows where usefulQualificationsStrong graphic design skills with a clean, modern aestheticPhotography and/or videography experience requiredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere, etc.)Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple brands at onceSelf-starter with strong communication and organizational skillsInterest in branding, lifestyle marketing, hospitality, design, and cultureComfortable collaborating both remotely and in personAustin-area based required (hybrid role with some on-site work throughout Austin)Bonus SkillsExperience with Midjourney or AI-generated imagery toolsSocial media content strategy understandingExperience shooting lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, or event contentFamiliarity with Canva, Squarespace, or social scheduling platformsTo ApplyPlease send:
