CREATIVE DESIGNER II

Description: Under general supervision of the Director of Marketing Communications and Manager of Marketing, this position is responsible for the effective design and timely production of all creatives for advertising, collateral, and other marketing materials including, but not limited to, social media, internet, intranet, campaigns, and any creative needed to convey the LYNX image and message. • Designs art and copy layouts for social media and web applications (i.e. Facebook, X, and Instagram). Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in graphic design or a related discipline plus a minimum of three years of professional working experience in the graphic design field; or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. • Ability to work in a diverse environment.
