Responsibilities include supporting the creative team to complete projects as requested by Corporate and Property-Level Marketing Operators.ResponsibilitiesTranslate high-level ideas that originate from multiple clients into compelling marketing assets while adhering to company brand guidelines.Develop projects from start to finish and ensure it is on-brand and optimized for guest journeys across multiple mediums such as print, web, social, mobile, email, video, and additional mediums as requested.Produce digital media including motion graphics for TV displays, social media, and websites.Organize and archive all design projects following company standards.Engage in effective and timely communication with corporate and property leadership.Introduce creative ideas and concepts to build and maintain brand standards for each property.Utilize and master project management applications to efficiently organize and execute project deadlines.Work independently under tight deadlines with urgency while managing multiple tasks.Complete assignable work tasks requested by department leaders satisfactorily.Participate in company and departmental meetings.Attend strategic meetings with various business partners to brainstorm concepts and creative ideas as needed.Demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with company standards and address issues proactively.Contribute to the development of operational goals.Prioritize needs proactively and manage resources effectively.Perform other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.3+ years of graphic design experience preferred, with a portfolio demonstrating talent and innovative design.2+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative marketing department preferred.Experience working in Casino Marketing is a plus.Expert knowledge of Mac computers and industry-standard software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
