Z Media is looking for a designer-first creative with strong skills in print, layout, branding, and digital design. This person will help shape the visual side of our work across social media, YouTube, print materials and other digital platforms, while gradually expanding into video editing and production.
Key Responsibilities
Design print materials, layouts, presentations, and marketing collateral
Create thumbnails, social graphics, ads, and other digital assets
Create Motion Graphics for social and web
Prepare files for professional print production
Maintain brand consistency across projects
Have a working knowledge of major social media platforms and how to format, prepare, and post content appropriately for each
Collaborate with the team on creative concepts and campaigns
Assist with photography and video shoots when needed
Move into video editing and production over time
What We’re Looking For
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design fundamentals
Excellent eye for typography, layout, color, and branding
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience with print and digital design
Organized, collaborative, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Photography, camera, Premiere, Resolve, or After Effects experience is a plus, but strong design skills are the priority.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
