As a Creative Designer & Social Media Manager at WiftHub, you'll be responsible for everything the world sees about us — visuals, videos, and storytelling across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook This is a high-speed, creative role — you'll work directly with the founder, experiment fast, and use AI tools to ship ideas daily. Responsibilities Create visual content (graphics, short videos, posts, carousels, motion clips) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.Manage WiftHub's social media pages — posting consistently, maintaining visual consistency, and engaging with the audience.Design marketing and product creatives aligned with WiftHub's tone and brand style.Edit and produce short-form videos/reels using modern tools.Use AI tools to generate and iterate content ideas fast.Work with the founder to tell brand and product stories visually.Coordinate with internal teams for product updates, launch assets, and campaign creatives.Analyze engagement and adjust content strategy accordingly.What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, or video editing.Strong command of Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) for design.Familiarity with AI tools.Fast, creative, and unafraid to experiment with bold ideas.Understanding of how to make content that performs — not just looks good.Passion for startups, storytelling, and digital branding.Bonus: experience handling social media pages for a startup or tech company.Compensation
