Creative Digital Design & AI Intern

This role is equal parts designer and systems thinker—focused on exploring how to build and optimize AI-driven workflows in existing programs (Figma and Klaviyo), while identifying and implementing new AI tools and processes that make the team faster, more efficient, and more automated. Build and optimize templates and systems in Figma and Klaviyo for recurring email and acquisition designIdentify workflow improvements for resizing, asset creation, and production speedResearch and recommend 2–3 new tools or platforms to support creative scalabilityHelp implement process improvements that reduce manual work and increase outputSupport design needs across lifecycle, acquisition, and campaign work The position will remain open and we'll be accepting applications until the role is filled.
