Brand and Craft Excellence: Champion our visual identity and design principles, ensuring they are extended and maintained consistently across all materials, including essential motion graphics.Asset Production: Create, optimize, and deliver production-ready assets for diverse outputs such as social media, websites, in-app designs, experiential marketing, and broadcast.System Alignment: Ensure cohesive experiences across 2D, 3D, motion graphics, and product interfaces by consistently adhering to our established design systems.Project Ownership: Manage projects from brief interpretation to final delivery, maintaining a high standard across all channels.Tool Proficiency: Stay proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator essential), with the ability to create narratives and presentations in Google Slides or Keynote.AI Integration: Use AI-enabled tools, like Pencil Pro, to explore ideas and generate variations, ensuring all outputs remain of high quality and on-brand.Technical Contribution: Provide basic compositing, lighting, and rendering skills to ensure all outputs meet production quality standards.Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in design, animation, AI, and creative technology, bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the team.You will bring: Experience in animation and motion design is a plus.Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality design work in campaigns, product storytelling, social content, brand films, or motion graphics.Design Fundamentals: Robust understanding of design principles including timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.Craft & Detail: An excellent eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition with a keen attention to detail.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, comfortable with Google Slides or Keynote.Collaboration: Experience working within established workflows, fostering collaboration with designers, modelers, developers, and creatives.Feedback & Iteration: Open to receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and constructively collaborating in situations of differing opinions.Mindset: A positive and curious approach, with a keen interest in contemporary motion design and animation trends.Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and experiment with new formats and technologies like real-time engines or interactive motion.Global Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions and constructively responding to feedback.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B or fintech industries, and with complex digital products that appear simple and aspirational.Familiarity with motion design or effective collaboration with motion designers (e.g., storyboarding, asset preparation, basic animations).Exposure to AI-powered creative tools and an interest in leveraging them to enhance quality and efficiency.Experience within in-house studios or brand/visual design teams alongside marketing functions.
